Two things that set fine dining apart from other dining experiences is the attention to detail and level of service. If the meal comes out from the kitchen and is under or over cooked or the order has been mixed up, or if the server is not personable or works slowly, then immediately, the consumer is going to be unhappy with the overall experience. With this, people talk and in a short amount of time, that restaurant is given a bad name.
