White Tea is Delicious but Noted for Being Expensive
Green tea has been studied for years showing that along with smooth flavor, it also promotes a health immune system so the body can naturally fight off disease. However, new studies are now showing that Chinese white tea, also in extract form, kills organisms that directly link to disease. Numerous studies have been conducted over the past few years and the results all show the same thing – white tea promotes better health.
Why did we start drinking tea?
It is believed that Chinese herbal tea was discovered by Emperor Shen Nung of China in 2737 BC. Chinese white tea is without doubt one of the fastest growing teas from the point of popularity. People all over the world who love tea are amazed at all the unique varieties. Because of this, we see more and more tea companies now providing samples. Although China produces most of the world’s white tea, Japan is also become a large producer.
Along with these two Asian countries, we also see other countries now growing white tea to include India and Sri Lanka. The challenge is that while many people understand white tea grown in Asia, they are unfamiliar with this kind of tea coming from any other country. However, as the popularity of white tea continues to expand, it will not be long before white tea from all countries is recognized.
